Akrovio was founded by Mohamed Ouadadouch, with a career built on solving operational inefficiencies through smart systems, not guesswork.
I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology, with a minor in Mathematics. Over the past 6+ years, I've worked as an ERP administrator, business analyst, and AI systems administrator — holding an active PMP certification along the way. My background is in identifying broken, manual processes and replacing them with systems that actually work, reliably, at scale.
That's exactly the gap I saw when I started looking at how salons and spas operate: skilled owners and stylists buried under manual scheduling, missed calls, and follow-up work that automation could easily handle instead.
I started Akrovio to bring that same level of operational discipline to salons and spas in Northern Virginia — real systems thinking, applied to a business that deserves it, without the enterprise price tag or complexity. Every client I take on gets my full attention and direct involvement, not a hand-off to a junior team or an outsourced call center.
This is a business I'm building for the long term, and I treat every client relationship that way.
